Memorial service for Nancy Haro will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church 900 Butler-Spaeth Rd, in Gillette, WY. Family, friends and others whose lives Nancy touched are invited to reminisce, grieve, and support. Nancy Kaye Haro age 67, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at Campbell County Memorial Hospital from a pulmonary embolism. She was born on April 20, 1951 in Port Arthur, Texas to Rita and Francisco “Frank” Salazar. She was the first graduating class of 1969 from Katella High School. She worked as a bilingual testing clerk (ESL) with Garden Grove School District, displaying the capability to assist others in more than one language. She was a proud breast cancer survivor. Nancy truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; chatting with friends and family, indulging in cinematic film, playing a few rounds of Bingo, and watching her daily dose of game shows. Nancy had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. She was a devoted member of St. Matthew’s Catholic Church. Nancy is survived by her son, Alejandro “Alex”; daughter, Jessica; sister, Joann; and brothers, David and Inocente.
