Ovella June Bing

Memorial service for Ovella Bing will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 21, 2018 at Walker Funeral Home with Pastor Donavon Voigt officiating; inurnment to follow at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Ovella June Bing passed away peacefully December 12, 2018 surrounded by family. Ovella was born on June 15, 1932 to Ruth and Thomas Porter in Newcastle, WY. Ovella was a wonderful, kind-hearted woman who was so full of life. She spent her life taking care of everyone around her. She loved her family more than anything and showered them with love every day. She enjoyed playing Yahtzee with her life-long friend, Patricia Nelson and playing pinochle with her granddaughter, Melissa. She will be greatly missed by all the lives she has touched. Ovella is survived by her son, James Allen Bing; daughter-in-law, Charlotte “Charm” Bing; granddaughters, Melissa Jeffery; Lauren Bing; Candace Summerville and Breyanna Hanson; grandson, Dawson Bing; and her pride and joy, great-grandson, Drayvin Clymer. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles A. Bing; sons, John Edward Bing and Thomas Anthony Bing; parents, Thomas and Ruth Porter; and many sisters and brothers.
