Funeral service for Robin Schomer will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 16, 2022 at Walker Funeral Home with Pastor Ernie Bishop officiating, a public visitation starting one hour prior the service. Interment to follow at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. On September 12, 2022, we lost Robin Lee Schomer to natural causes. She passed at Campbell County Memorial Hospital at the age of 50. Robin was born in Libby, Montana on June 11, 1972. Her family relocated to Gillette when she was just 16 months old, and Robin would grow with the community through her schooling at both Boces and Sol Domus. She lived most of her life happily at the Sol Domus facility, thanks to the special care and support she received from their wonderful staff. Robin enjoyed life. She enjoyed the people she had in her life and even the friends she hadn't met yet. She never knew a stranger. Robin loved good ol' fashioned American rock-n-roll, red licorice, baby dolls, stuffed animals, and a good meal, especially if it was from KFC. Robin is preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents, parents, one niece, two nephews, and one sister-in-law. She is survived by her brothers and sisters, Bob (Carol) Schomer; Ed (Carla) Schomer; Candy (Carey) Eason; Butch (Deb) Schomer; Barb (John) Marquard; Denise (Lonnie) Anderson; and Scott (Karen) Schomer. She is also survived by countless nephews and nieces. Memorials and condolences may be sent in care of Walker Funeral Home 410 S Medical Arts Court, Gillette, WY 82716.
