Stacy Lee Waugh, a beloved son, and friend, passed away at his in Gillette, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Born in Rawlins on September 24,1968, Stacy was known for his kind heart, warm smile, and generous spirit.
 
Throughout his life, Stacy wore many hats - from working for Campbell County to being a car and truck salesman in South Dakota and Gillette, WY. He pursued knowledge and growth, graduating from Campbell County High School in 1986 and later attending college in Waco, Texas. Stacy had a passion for motorbikes, antiques - especially books and coins, golf, and horses. These interests brought him joy and connected him with others who shared his enthusiasm.
 
In his final moments, Stacy was comforted by his mother Sheila Waugh as he peacefully passed away. He is survived by his mother Sheila Waugh, who held a special place in her heart for her son Stacy. The loss of Stacy is deeply felt by his surviving family and friends.
 
Stacy's father Jerry Waugh was among those who greeted him on the other side - their bond unbroken by death but strengthened by love that knows no end.
