Stephen D. Fogleman

March 28, 1987 — July 10, 2023

Gillette

Stephen Dale Fogleman, 36, passed away July 10, 2023 in Gillette. He was born March 28, 1987, to Bobbi (Klug) Harrod and Ronald Fogleman in Tacoma, Washington. Raised in Gillette, Stephen attended Westwood Highschool, graduating in 2006. Stephen was a happy kid and enjoyed spending time with his older brother Chris, riding four-wheelers, and is where his love for the outdoors began. Stephen will be remembered for his charismatic personality, strong work ethic, deep compassion for animals and those he cared for. His obsession for the outdoors was contagious, and he was always willing to share his interests and enthusiasm with others. He made a significant impact in the lives of everyone he encountered and was known for his daring sense of humor, never allowing a dull moment, always facing his challenges head-on and looking to better himself. In his spare time, Stephen enjoyed fishing, attending punk rock concerts, and sharing time with his friends. His greatest catch in life was his girlfriend and her daughter. He stepped into a father figure role effortlessly as though it was made for him and spent his final months living his life to the fullest with them. Stephen is survived by his mother and step-father Bobbi and Bill Harrod, father Ronald Fogleman, siblings Chris Fogleman (Ana), Brandon Jurczewsky (Cheyenne and Hattie), Jenny Harrod, Ryan Harrod (Parina), grandparents Jackie and Don Klug, aunt Laura (Jeff) Shamion, cousin, Jadon, uncle Robert Fogleman, cousins, Wyatt and Charity, girlfriend Karissa Bowling and her daughter Emersyn, and beloved pet Noodles. Stephen was preceded in death by his grandparents Dawn and James Fogleman. A funeral service to honor and celebrate Stephen's life will be held at 3:00 p.m., on July 19, 2023, at Gillette Memorial Chapel. Friends and family are invited to attend and pay their respects. A public visitation is being held prior the funeral service from 12 - 3 pm at the same location. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Street Sweep Ministries in memory of Stephen. These contributions will continue to honor his legacy and support the care and outreach in the community. Stephen's memory will forever live on in the hearts and minds of those who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed by all. Memorials and condolences may be sent in care of Gillette Memorial Chapel 210 West 5th Street, Gillette, WY 82716.
