Timothy Charles Williams, known affectionately as Tim, passed away on May 19, 2024, at his home in Gillette, Wyoming. Tim was born on July 27, 1964 to Zeb and Mitchelena Williams in Seminole, Texas. Tim’s early years were shared with his siblings, Danny and Carl, creating a tapestry of memories filled with laughter and camaraderie.

Professionally, Tim served the Gillette community for over 30 years in Emergency Medical Services as an EMT and as a volunteer firefighter with the Campbell County Fire Department, later retiring as a Battalion Chief. At the time of his death, Tim worked as a Safety Manager at Powder River HVAC. His passion and dedication were evident in his work as he devoted himself to others and ensured he helped the lives of those around him.  

A man of many talents, Tim found joy in exploring as many hobbies as possible throughout his life. Whether that was beekeeping, pottery, scuba diving, wood turning, climbing, caving, cooking, reading, shooting or photography, Tim aimed to always strive towards trying new things.

Before his passing, Tim married his longtime love, Christal Williams, in a private ceremony. Tim’s legacy is also carried on by his two sons Corey (Chelsey) Williams and Cameron (Andrea) Williams, his stepson Rollie (Dallas) Price, and grandchildren Taliah, Ily, Amara, Jaxson, and Nova Price.  

A service to celebrate Tim’s life will be held on May 31, 2024, at 1:00 pm at the Gillette Memorial Chapel, 210 W Fifth Street in Gillette, Wyoming.  Memorials and condolences may be sent in care of Gillette Memorial Chapel 210 West 5th Street, Gillette, WY 82716.
